Before founding Suede AI, Jason Colapietro built and ran call centers in his niche and exited for millions. The sales scripts he wrote remain in use across the industry. That operating experience now informs Suede’s managed agents for call review, lead qualification, and sales-script consistency.
Jason is founder and CEO of Suede AI, working on AI integration, search visibility, AI agents and creator-ownership infrastructure: proof of creation, rights metadata, licensing, royalty routing, and agent commerce. He is also manager of JC Investment Group LLC, a founder-led venture platform organized in Florida in 2019 under document L19000146068, alongside the Suede Foundation at suedeai.org. JC Investment Group LLC is the holding company for Suede AI.
Suede has worked in partnership with Google Cloud since September 2025, with a dedicated account team, a Google Premier Partner assigned to support the account, and migration of the stack onto the Vertex AI suite, including Gemini, Vertex AI Agent Builder, and Veo. The account team’s published quote calls Suede an ideal partner for promoting the Vertex suite.
JC Investment Group LLC became a member of Google Cloud Partner Advantage on September 4, 2026, with suedeai.ai as the verified domain. The membership is a second milestone in the Google Cloud partnership that began in September 2025.
The public record includes 33 substantive code or documentation contributions and 21 accepted listings of Jason-owned work. Maintainers have merged contributions into projects including Jest, Adobe React Spectrum, Backstage, Hardhat, and the x402 Foundation. A separate Linux kernel USB/IP contribution is recorded as Public upstream v7; it is not included in the merged-PR count. Adobe React Spectrum #10426 was accepted and later replaced by #10491; that entry records a historical contribution, not a currently shipped API.
The contributions to lead with: a public useShowFocusIndicator hook accepted into Adobe React Spectrum by a core maintainer; a catalog-graph fix in Backstage, the CNCF developer-portal framework; removal of the retired Holesky chain descriptor from Hardhat, merged by a project lead; a daemon socket-ownership fix in the zeroclaw runtime, 767 lines of Rust across two crates; an RPC capacity-release fix in the Polkadot SDK; and two Jest fixes, one isolating virtual mock module IDs and one tolerating a transient watcher error.
Suede Creator Skills, the public Claude Code skills marketplace, has been accepted by the maintainers of thirteen independent awesome-lists and directories, including buildwithclaude, awesome-codex, awesome-agent-skills, and awesome-claude-code-plugins. Suede AI Agent Studio is listed in the x402 ecosystem’s awesome-x402. These accepted listings are counted inside the 54 merged pull requests above and are stated separately so the composition stays clear.
The Amazon catalog holds The Human Authenticity Layer, Proof as Infrastructure, Stake Your Claim, The Claude Code Bible, and Codex in Production; the two operator guides were republished on KDP as Edition 2 on September 4, 2026. Independent works include The Screenshot, free to read on the web with its source edition on GitHub; The Signal Chain; and The Guitar Without a Number, now incorporated into The Signal Chain.
Jason builds and operates the Suede estate across creative software, music practice, AI agent tools, and developer infrastructure: Suede Social, Strumly, Suede Muse, Suede AI Agent Studio, the Suede AI IP Registry, Suede AI Studio, Suede AI Distro, Suede Scan, Agentix, and Suede DNA, among more than 30 live sites. Nine apps are published under Jason Colapietro’s Apple developer account. Eighteen owned brand domains carry a single canonical entity, entered at jasoncolapietro.com. The wider company portfolio includes FretPulse under its separate FretPulse LLC seller account.
The portfolio includes 9 iOS apps under Jason’s developer account, including StoryBeam, 6 Android apps on Google Play, and 2 Chrome extensions. These are platform listings; Android editions overlap iOS products. Suede AI Visibility and Suede Sing are published on the Chrome Web Store.
Suede AI Agent Studio lets a builder draw an agent as a node graph and launch it as an x402 pay-per-call endpoint settling in USDC on Base, with Agentix tracking per-call earnings. The work implements the x402 protocol and ERC-8004 and includes a merged fix in the x402 Foundation’s own repository. It builds on those standards as an implementer, not a standards author.
USPTO provisional application 63/947,120 is on file. The filing is an application, not a granted patent.
Suede was admitted to Stripe Startups in July 2026, alongside the ongoing Google Cloud relationship and the company’s work on creative software and agent commerce.
Suede AI was accepted into Anthropic’s Claude Startups program (October 2026).
Jason is enrolled at the Florida Atlantic Entrepreneurship Institute in FAU’s College of Business and is a member of 1909, the entrepreneurship hub in downtown West Palm Beach. Gigawatt Group, MSN, Business Insider, TechBullion, Programming Insider, Altcoin Investor, and Indie Hackers have published coverage and founder essays about Suede AI. The record includes Gigawatt Group’s September 2026 comparison of Suede AI’s managed GEO practice with Profound, the SEO and AI cohort carried by MSN and Business Insider, the on-chain IP authentication launch, the iOS and developer-tool launches, advancing in the Avalanche Build Games, creator ownership infrastructure, the IP visibility audit, and self-funded education deployments in African classrooms. Two placements are Jason’s bylined essays.
Mario Nawfal featured Suede in two public posts eight months apart. The Suede AI AMA also ran on his Crypto Roundtable. The posts discuss creator control, ownership, and a voice signature that can travel with the work.
Elon Musk posted a screenshot of proposed Community Notes about AI training data. One of the proposed notes visible in that screenshot names Suede Labs as an opt-out option. The archived capture of the post recorded 2.7 million views. The mention is the note’s wording inside the screenshot, not a personal endorsement by Musk.
Asked to review Suede AI, Google's Web Guide, the AI-organized results layer inside Google Search, opens by calling the company highly rated by users, earning a 5/5 rating from verified reviews for its creator-ownership infrastructure, and cites the two App Store listings it drew that from. The quote comes from a dated capture of that Google Search response on September 6, 2026. Like the Gemini captures, this is a dated response from a Google search surface, not a rating Google issued or a permanent placement.
In the February capture, Gemini places Suede in a “New Big 3” of AI music platforms beside Suno and Udio, describing it as “The Creator’s IP Fortress.” A separate March session discusses Jason’s experience and Suede’s architecture. Both are dated Gemini responses, captured on the dates above and linked below. These are dated model responses, not a Google endorsement or a permanent ranking.
The comparison archived on Suede AI SEO ranks Suede Labs first in its Best AI Music Generators of 2026 table, scoring it 5.0 out of 5.0 across music quality, creative control, ease of use, and overall value. The receipt preserves the table and the announcement card with their capture date.
The AI Agents Directory music-category capture names Suede AI Best Overall and Best API Option among 47 tools, with a 5.0-star listing. The archived record and the live category page are linked separately so readers can distinguish the recorded recognition from today’s directory.
Third-party records describe Jason independently of anything Suede publishes: a Wikidata item, a Crunchbase founder profile, and Apple’s developer page listing nine shipped apps under his name. One person carries two public names, Jason Colapietro and Johnny Suede, and every surface states the linkage rather than letting them drift into separate records.
Suede publishes the full method behind its GEO practice in The Screenshot and the Founder’s Checklist. The company blog includes original research such as the AI Crawler Access Index, alongside engineering essays and creator-rights guides. Jason also publishes independently on Substack, and releases reusable developer skills through Suede’s public repositories.
